Thornless Blackberry
(Rubus spp.)
Thornless blackberries are an easy to grow berry that propagate themselves if you give them the space. It’s nice to pick large, juicy blackberries while not being poked while harvesting them. Berries are abundant once plants are a few years old. We’re still working on upping our numbers so we only have a small amount for sale this year. The variety we offer is called Chester which is self pollinating. Fruits start ripening in July.
Zone 5 hardy.
Bare root plants.
