Anise Hyssop

$10.00
Sold Out

(Agastache foeniculum)

Anise Hyssop is a great herb that’s easy to grow that seems to prefer full sun, to part shade. When it first emerges in Spring, it comes up purple and green. Sweet, licorice flavored flowers and foliage. Pollinators really love their beautiful purple flowers. We like to snack on Anise Hyssop while working around the garden as well as dry the leaves and flowers late in Summer for delicious tea to drink in Winter. A beautiful and functional addition to any food forest. Seems to prefer at least 5 hours of sun but can probably get by with a little less. Grows to around 3’ tall.

Hardy to zone 4.

Sold as second year bare root plants with well established, healthy roots!
